Čas in prostor postaneta eno, če se naučimo z njima upravljati. Tedaj ju lahko premikamo znotraj sebe, okoli sebe in jima pustimo, da premikata nas.
Taoistična borilna veščina »par excellence«. Eden izmed najbolj kompleksnih in učinkovitih sistemov boja, kar jih
je zgodovina kdajkoli ustvarila. Taoisti, ki so globoko zaznamovali razvoj kitajskih borilno-zdravilnih veščin, so prakticirali posebno vrsto borilne veščine tako prostoročno kot z različnimi orožji. Študij te borilne veščine daje njenim vadbenikom izjemno gibčnost in pretočnost gibanja, zato legende govorijo o »nadnaravnih močeh«
(8 Zlatih nesmrtnikov), ki se jih lahko doseže s to vadbo. Posebne tehnike tega stila zahtevajo izjemno lahkotnost, oster um v povezavi z elastičnostjo in močjo ... pravi izziv. V naših šolah se uči stil velikega Mojstra Xu Xiao Ho-ja.

The Taoist martial art par excellence. One of the most complex and effective combat systems that history has ever created. The Taoists profoundly marked the development of the Chinese Martial Arts and practiced a special kind of Martial Art both naked and with different cutting weapons. The study of this Martial Art gives to those who practice it a great agility and fluidity of movement and the legends tell of "supernatural powers" (the 8 Golden Immortals) that can be reached with this practice. The particular techniques of this style require great lightness, a sharp mind associated with elasticity and strength ... a real challenge. In this school it is practiced the style of the Great Teacher Xu Xiao Ho.
